Based On Dea Efficiency Of Urban Tourism Research

Cities are tourist destinations and tourist origins, has become a new social synthesis phenomenon, more and more widespread attention. In recent years, tourism investment boom has set off across the city, the efficiency of urban tourism is increasingly important. In the past literature,scholars study the efficiency of urban travel less, especially in the perspective of scholars from the empirical efficiency of urban travel.In this paper, tourism geography, urban geography, economic theory as the basis of drawing on the efficiency of urban travel and tourism related research, defining the efficiency of urban travel content, building a city tour efficiency evaluation index system based on data envelopment analysis (DEA) of the idea, evaluating the travel efficiency of city Shaanxi.Finally, enhance some strategies to up efficiency of the Shaanxi city tourism.The main conclusions of this paper are:(1)Efficiency of urban tourism refers to the whole city as a tourist economy, production unit, within a specified time, urban tourism development in factor inputs to maximize output, all stakeholders could be afforded satisfaction maximize nature.(2) The efficiency of urban tourism in Shaanxi is low level in the decomposition, the scale efficiency and technical efficiency in the greatest impact on overall efficiency.(3)Efficiency of urban tourism of Shaanxi and regional tourism resources abundance level is proportional to the level of regional economic development; Urban Tourism and its efficiency is also circle the room in which the tourism. Cultural tourism travel more efficient than the red circle tourism and eco-tourism circle.(4) Efficiency of urban tourism in Shaanxi,scale efficiency, technical efficiency and use efficiency's impacting to the total efficiency have been weakened since 1997.(5)Currently, urban tourism of Shaanxi needs to improve the scale efficiency, technical efficiency to further improve the overall efficiency of urban tourism, to narrow the development gap between urban tourism areas.This research is based on tourism investment in different cities,uses different abilities and studies the efficiency of urban tourism from a new angle.It has some scientific significance in research of the urban tourism efficiency, provides a scientific basis and practical reference to promote the rational use of resources and enhance the efficiency of urban tourism.
