Management Students In The Workplace Competency Model Study

According to practical proof, the research gains the need and expectation for administration college students from government and enterprise which the college students will face.I combine my research with the experts'opinions then form the Job Occasion Competence Model of administration college students. This model will extend the competence model to college students group and have great contribution on enriching the competence model.According to contrast about the differences between competence model and competence status we investigate the reasons.Furthermore, we make suggestion on the education aim, training design, curriculum establishing and teaching method. It maybe has great contribution on cultivating "all-man" and promoting college students'getting a job. This research mainly works about "Ought to" competence model by condensed questionnaire.
