Research On The Investment Risk Of Metro Construction Projects In PPP Mode Based On The Whole Life Cycle Theory

The Public Private Partnership(PPP)mode has a major impact on the rapid and sustainable development of metro construction.However,due to the particularity of PPP mode,the complexity of its investment risk management is more prominent than that of general construction projects.Therefore,how to effectively manage investment risks of metro construction projects in PPP mode is particularly important.This thesis is based on relevant theories of risk management,the whole life cycle,and PPP mode,and combines the characteristics of different phases of the whole life cycle of project preparation,procurement,financing,construction and implementation,and operation and handover of metro construction project in PPP mode.Through domestic and foreign relevant literature and experts' interviews,31 investment risk factors of metro construction projects in PPP mode are identified.Then,based on the recognition results of investment risk factors,a survey questionnaire is designed to conduct questionnaire surveys and collect data for the PPP model-related employees of metro construction projects.SPSS 22.0 software is used to perform factor analysis on the data,extract the public factors of investment risk and verify its validity.Using the linear regression method to calculate the investment risk public factor scores,three key risk factors: government and policy risk,cost and expenditure risk,and construction and completion risk are identified.Finally,based on the perspective of the whole lifecycle perspective and key factors of investment risk,this thesis proposes operability countermeasures for investment risk management of metro construction projects in PPP mode.The results of this thesis not only make the research perspectives and achievements of metro construction projects and PPP model risk management more abundant,but also provide practical guidance and suggestions for the investment risk management of metro construction projects in PPP mode.The results have more universality.So,they can be used to effectively improve investment income for infrastructure projects in PPP mode such as metro construction projects.
