As the subject of innovation in our country's independent innovation the enterprises pose a significant status, the enterprises are not only the subject in market competition, but also are the technological innovation subject. Therefore, to understand the methods and rules for the enterprise innovation that is significant to our country Enterprise's management and the development. The system research of sustainable innovation is a groundbreaking work which has extremely broad and the rich research contents. The enterprise sustainable innovation includes the sustainable technology innovation, sustainable management innovation and the sustainable system innovations. Base on Professor Xiang Gang who has provided as technology innovation is the main reason for economic benefit but not management and system innovation, the research of this article are focused on the issues of sustainable technology innovation.The enterprise sustainable technological innovation system is a chiasm parallel complex dynamic system which includes technology, management and system innovations. Whereas the former studies were only research on the enterprise the sustainable technological innovation theories, but the studies are deficient about how to actualize the sustainable technological innovation through quantitative method. Therefore, the author applied the System Dynamics theories on the social economical scientific field research to the enterprise sustainable technological innovation, to analyze the factors influence technology innovation continuity through regarding as enterprise sustainable technological innovation as a nonlinear and complex system. Afterwards, to establish the causal relation model of enterprise sustainable technological innovation system by analyzing the basic structure and dynamic behavioral trait. To illustrated the causes of dynamic behavior pattern for the enterprise sustainable technological innovation system through System Dynamics simulation research, and discuss the significance and merit of System Dynamics approach in the realization the continuously innovation dynamic system.The author based on the foundation of the sustainable technological innovation causal relation model which has been established by the systems dynamics method, has processed system simulation by the Vensim software, and through the system relevant factors simulation research to explain how the factors influence the actualization of sustainable technological innovation. The simulation researches have achieved a satisfactory result. Ultimately, the results indicated that systems dynamics this important method would apply in the enterprise continues the dynamic research of the technological innovation process, and provide a certain theory basis for how to manage the problems during in the sustainable technological innovation process.
