Research On The Evaluation And Its Software System Of Enterprises Technological Innovation Capability In Jiangsu Province Based On ANP

In order to promote enterprises technological innovation capability, the government has carried out the work of evaluation on the capability of this innovation in recent time so as to find out the main reasons that are responsible for the low effectiveness and formulate proper policies and measures.Taking the needs of the project study on analyzing the current situation of enterprises technological innovation in Jiangsu province, evaluating the capability for this innovation and studying the tactics to be employed that is supported by the Jiangsu Economy & Trade Committee into account, the thesis studies the application of ANP to the evaluation on enterprises technological innovation capability in Jiangsu province in view of the defect that AHP desires mutual independence of the indexes at the same level when ascertaining the weights of the indexes, and analyzes and designs the corresponding software system for the evaluation.The thesis gives a brief review of the research on the ANP and the ascertaining weights for the evaluation on enterprises technological innovation capability, it shows that there is scarcely any paper about study on the application of ANP to the evaluation on the capability for technology innovation of the enterprise at home and abroad. Firstly, the thesis discusses the main theories of the ANP and the methods for implementing it. Secondly, it constructs the evaluation indexes system of enterprises technological innovation capacity in Jiangsu province by means of analyzing the principles and frameworks on which the indexes system is built up. Thirdly, the thesis discusses fully the application of the ANP to the evaluation of enterprises technological innovation capability in Jiangsu province, and ascertains the weights for the indexes where there are influences and illustrates the advantages of ANP based on the differences between ANP and AHP in terms of weights and evaluation results. Finally, the thesis discusses the analysis and design of the evaluation software system for enterprises technological innovation capability in Jiangsu province and presents the design of database and function modules in details.
