Sustainable Utilization Research Based On The Demand-supply Balance Status Of Reserve Cultivated Land Resources In Feicheng County

This paper takes Shandong city of Feicheng Province as the study area,on the basis of the end of 2015 change survey,"12th Five-Year" during the land occupation of cultivated land and cultivated land requisition compensation balance of cultivated land projects include,"13th Five-Year" land resources planning,land quality survey,completed in 2015 of arable land reserve resources survey results from the data analysis,quantity distribution and quality characteristics of the present situation the control of cultivated land,"12th Five-Year" during the land occupation of cultivated land and cultivated land requisition compensation balance of cultivated land quantity and quality,that "the quantity and quality of cultivated land occupied by construction land demand in 13th Five-Year" period,in accordance with the unified national quality of cultivated land use classification conversion coefficient of folded medium cultivated area;then analyzes the reserve resources of cultivated land quantity structure and quality distribution characteristics.The quantity and quality estimate after the development of land that can be replenished,folded into the medium cultivated area;finally.The study area in the "dominant" quantity and quality of arable land sustainable time double balanced situation,pointed out that the occupation of cultivated land and compensation for the existence of equilibrium and reserve resources development problems,put forward the balance and suggestions for the sustainable utilization of cultivated land reserve resources of cultivated land.Specific conclusions are as follows:(1)the existing arable land in Feicheng City,71417.06hm,7,8,,9,,and of the arable land,accounting for 88.36%of the total area of cultivated land.(2)11144.39hm~2 of arable land reserve resources in Feicheng City,the main type of tillage should reserve resources can be reclaimed grassland other 584.52 hm~2,accounting for 52.5%of arable land resources,inland beaches can be reclaimed 314.70 Hm~2,accounting for 28.2%of arable land resources,mining land reclamation can be 172.86 Hm~2,accounting for 15.5%of arable land resources,can reclamation of bare land is 42.32 Hm~2,accounting for 3.8%of arable land resources.(3)in Feicheng City,after all the development of the reserve resources,the arable land can be added 1114.39hm~2,including higher cultivated land 40323.02hm~2,23956.32hm~2.(4)after calculation,Feicheng City,after all the development of cultivated land reserve resources to ensure that 17.6 years of arable land accounted for the need to balance.In order to realize the balance of the quantity and quality of cultivated land,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions from the policy and technology in order to ensure the sustainable utilization of cultivated land reserve resources.
