With the rapid development of intemet technology and mobile communications, as well as the extensive use of such portable terminal devices as mobile phone and PDA, the mobile commerce has made its appearance and been developing as a new trend of traditional e-commerce.This thesis aims to probe into consumers'adoption intentions of mobile payment and the factors which influence consumers'intentions. After reading and analyzing a large amount of relevant literature, found many authord discusse and explore those influential factors and the extent to whiche on consumers using Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) and the Theory of Reasoned Action(TRA),Theory of Planned Behavior(TPB),Innovation Diffusion Theory. But this thesis will use a new model, called the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), which could explain the intentions of consumer high to 70%. Using LISREL8.7 builds the SEM and analysises the reason of consumers'intentions and action. Then using SPSS does statistics.After the study, found that most important influence of the intentions of cosumer is the Performance Expectancy, and the most important influence of the action of cosumer is the Facilitating Condition. The resons of people choosing mobile payment are convenience, free of place and saving times, and not choosing are not know of mobile payment and consideration of safety.
