Chengdu, Land Development Patterns And Problem Analysis

The primary land development is an important method of city management, urban development, and overall urban-rural integration for the government. The development gaining from it is also the main resource of finace funding for the urban construction and development.This paper introduces and analyzes the concept, main feature, operation and finacial model of the primary land development. Based on that, it elaborates the current situation and problems of the primary land development in Chengdu. The auther did some systemic explotary consideration of the primary land development according to the work experience and the thoery from the MBA studying. The problems this paper details are how to enhance the primary land development management, how to increace the economic benefit efficiently, and how to use to the land to advance the urban construction and development of Chengdu and so on. This paper is valuable for the reasonalbe and efficent development of the primary land as well.
