Coking Enterprises Under The Situation Of Low-carbon Economy Development Path Analysis

Low emissions, low pollution, low consumption and low-carbon economy are characterized by a global trend, and this new model of economic growth, changing the traditional mode of production, lifestyles and values. In this context, as the traditional high-polluting industries in the coking industry faces enormous challenges and pressures. Coking enterprises in this context of economic development, how to survive, the future direction of where? In this paper, the coordinated development of coking industry and environmental protection to achieve sustainable development of coking industry perspective to XLF coking plant as an example, analysis and discussion of the coking industry, especially the coking industry in western Inner Mongolia, trying to point out a clear direction.Firstly, from a macro perspective, the paper introduces a low carbon economy based on the general theory, from energy security, resource shortages, environmental pollution, climate change four aspects of the low carbon economy requires energy conservation. And from the perspective of environmental protection the environmental characteristics of coking industry is analyzed.And from the development of China's coking industry analysis, said coking enterprises in China is relatively low overall level of technical equipment, small scale, excess capacity, pollution, waste of resources.Based on the above analysis, the paper XLF coking plant in which the external environment and internal capacity of enterprises carry out their own analysis, especially for XLF coke plant located in West Inner Mongolia region of coal resources, coal policy directly related to the factors are analyzed, based on analysis results, the future development of coking plant XLF pointes out to extend the industrial chain, to enhance products recycling active waste heat utilization project for CDM projects to achieve energy efficiency, to carry out Green afforestation, carbon absorption capacity of carbon sinks enhance the medium-term development objectives and the overall transformation of enterprises, environmental protection, equipment manufacturers transition to the long-term development goals.Finally, the experience of the XLF coking plant and the full text cases are reviewed, and the economic situation for low-carbon future direction of coking enterprises to make three overall recommendations: firstly, vigorously promote the scientific management of enterprises. Secondly, to careful planning, rational distribution of effort to build a coal iron industry chain development of circular economy. Last but not least, strict control of coke production, and vigorously promote corporate restructuring, and improve industry concentration.
