Co-ordinate The Context Of Urban And Rural Commerce The Chongqing Retail Development Study

In accordance with the goverment plan,Chongqing is working to speed up the completion of Chongqing Yangtze River economic center, an important growth pole in the western region and the development of urban and rural municipalities, and is committed to building commercial center of Yangtze River and the shopping capital,the good food capital and the fair capital.Trade and Business Industry links the production and consumption.It is an important force in driving economic growth. As an important part of Trade and Business Industry, retail trade is an important symbol of a regional health and social and economic development.Over more than ten years of development,Chongqing got the rapid development and the expanded scale of retail business after becoming a municipality.Urban Central Business District,district central business district,township (community) service business center and village community convenient point (convenience store) four-level framework for the commercial center initially formed,and there have been formed a number of large companies and retail groups.In 2007, Chongqing became the only one"comprehensive and integrated urban and rural commercial pilot areas",it explores the western region responsible for overall development of urban and rural business model and addresses the important task of regional development imbalances.Therefore, researching the urban and rural retail network of system status and mode of development has a strong practical and academic significance.In the study foundations of the theory of domestic and foreign,this paper separately analysised from the ownership structure,scale structure,spatial distribution and format structure of four multi-angle ,deeply analysised the overall layout and structure of retail trade in Chongqing. and described Chongqing retail development situation and questions.Through describing the development of factors that influence the factors affecting the retail industry analysis,this paper obtained the expansion of the retail scale, per capita consumption level, economic and social development, opening up the expansion of retail and other factors contribute effectively to the development of retail industry in Chongqing.In addition, the author had been done some researching job in such pilot projects of rural and urban.and make a detailed analysis in retail trade status and development of network system and summed up the main urban and rural retail network system practices and patterns in the context of urban and rural commerceIn the foundations of a comprehensive analysis of urban areas and district and county pilot area of retail trade and development status,the paper analyse the Chongqing retail layout and structure of urban and rural co-ordinate the development of business models,urban and rural construction and retail and network system problems,recommend practical countermeasures policy,and put forward the context of urban and rural areas of Chongqing retail business overall layout and structure of urban and rural retail network optimization ideas and the development of countermeasure systems.
