At present, with a major adjustment of real estate in China, the real estate enterprises will face more and more market competition. Mergers and acquisitions in real estate is an important trend. So with these market competitions and business risks, the performance evaluation system for survival and development of enterprise is of great significance.This article mainly takes YT real estate Company as an example, and has diagnosed and designed its performance evaluation, as a basic of the full survey, relevant information and the theory of performance management.First the article introduced the theory of performance management, then analysis problems existed in YT, conduct the questionnaires and interviews.Secondly, having finished a questionnaire survey for 30-person and interviews for 12-person in YT company, it indicated there are many problems, such as the unclear object in performance evaluation, performance indicators is not enough fit , the actually process is out of control and lack of communication during the course of performance evaluation system.Then, the article has designed a new performance management, including the company's performance evaluation system objectives, principles defined clearly. As job analysised, job responsibilities cleared, it developed a performance evaluation system standards. And it focused on how performance evaluation system is carried in YT.Finally, the article comment and analyze the result of the performance evaluation system in YT.The performance evaluation system in YT is currently being carried out, and made adjustments according to the activity in order to full direction.
