Plan management in enterprise management occupy an important position,and unceasingly intensifies along with the real estate enterprise scale expansion and competition fierce degree,accuracy of the management plans and more high,performance appraisal system based on the project management arises at the historic moment.This article where the author to w real estate companies as the research object,in the company to carry out the questionnaire investigation and interview for project management performance assessment of the status quo,according to the interview results summary,induction,and then analyzes the company at this stage of the problem.In-depth study program management and performance management related theory and practice of the case,to compare the balance score card,key performance indicators KPI system,target management evaluation system,360 degree evaluation system etc.management tools,analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the various methods,finally chose the Balanced Scorecard as a performance management tool.Through the literature analysis method selected 18 for the enterprise based on the Balanced Scorecard plan management performance indicators and through the investigation method of the questionnaire and its reliability and validity analysis,check out the 13 key performance indicators,and work together to build a management by objectives as the basis,combined with the key performance refers to the standard project management performance appraisal model.This model abandons the traditional human assessment object model,combine the organization performance and staff performance evaluation,improve the quantitative index and evaluation standard,laid a solid foundation for the smooth development of the performance appraisal of the work.This study aims to found that often appear in the enterprise performance management system,the need to focus on the problem,and to put forward measures for improvement,the introduction of scientific management tools and methods,in order to improve the overall performance of the enterprise to provide operational ideas.
