X-oilfield Employee Satisfaction Research

Employee's job satisfaction means a kind of attitude or feeling about each aspect of their job. The level of the job satisfaction has a direct impact on the activeness and creativeness of the staffs. Our oil industry is developed the prominent function in the national economy, and oil workers have made indelible contribution to petroleum industry development. With the deepening of petroleum enterprise reform, they felt strongly that talented people was important in the competition. The administrator of the enterprises pays more and more attention to employee satisfaction. And the research on that becomes the key link of the human resource management.This paper described the content of job satisfaction, the theoretical basis, the constitution and the factors, and analysed the investigation method and survey tool of job satisfaction with the theory of empirical analysis. And then the author designed a questionnaire on the X oil field's employee satisfaction. The soft of SPSS is utilized to analyze the survey. The actuality and problems of X oil field'employee satisfaction has been hold. Based on these, we put forward the corresponding suggestion.This investigation has a clear aim, and according to the investigation analysis we put forward the right counterproposal. It has the practicability and serviceability, and also draws on the experience of improving employee satisfaction.
