| The rapid development of information era has promoted the growth of internet enterprises and brought a series of problems of which the most outstanding one is the frequent staff turnover.Since talents are the core competitiveness of internet enterprises,a high churn rate will restrict the growth of internet enterprises.To attract talents and cut down the staff churn rate,enterprises need to establish a people-oriented idea and set up a long-term mechanism for employee satisfaction management,which will make for the stability of enterprise competitive edge and encourage its long term development.After study on the management theories about staff satisfaction,this paper aims to do a research on the staff satisfaction of a local internet enterprise---KL Corporation using the method of questionnaire survey.This paper is composed of six Chapters.Chapter One is introduction where study background,study objectives,study significance,study approaches as well as the possible innovation points are stated.In Chapter Two,related theories are summarized as a theoretical support for further studies.Idea and opinions of scholars at home and abroad about staff satisfaction and characters of staffs in internet enterprises are included.Chapter Three introduces the development course,organizational structure,salary system and human resource situation of KL Corporation.Chapter Four is the study on the factors that influence the staff satisfaction of KL Corporation,including survey questionnaire design as well as data statistics and analysis.Chapter Five puts forward suggestions for management implementation according to the results of survey on staff satisfaction in KL.Conclusions and outlooks are made in the last chapter.Basing on achievements of previous researches,this paper conducts an empirical study to make survey in KL Corporation and analyzes the data in ways of correlation and multivariate regression analysis.The 7 key factors that influence the staff satisfaction of KL are work achievement,salary and welfare,personal development,enterprise system,work support,teamwork and working pressure.According to the survey,KL Corporation has a good but unbalanced staff satisfaction in general.Staff of KL have a relatively low satisfaction with enterprise system,salary and welfare and working pressure.According to the survey,KL Corporation should carry on a reform on its organizational structure,make a reasonable salary system and various welfare policies,and set up a systematized training system to provide the staffs with a fair career development space. |
