The Analysis On Tech-innovation Performance Of Small And Medium Enterprises

To some extent, international competition is determined by economic power, which is based on technological innovation. In essence, the fight for the world market is not nation, but an enterprise; to participate in international trade is not the Government, but by profit-oriented enterprises.Therefore,the effectiveness of technological innovation determines success or failure of international competition. Among Chinese enterprises, 99% are SMEs. Since reform and opening, as we non-public economic status and role of deepening understanding , government take strong measures to encourage, support and guide the healthy and rapid development of multi-ownership economy, a large number of small and medium enterprises have sprung up and become the main carrier of increasing employment opportunities and the main force of technological innovation. It can not be ignored in promoting rapid economic growth.Technological innovation is a source of wealth and the enormous power of the enterprise development. It has been put on the higher degree, which has been known as the lifeline of SME development. Domestic enterprises are relying on technological innovation, but how's the effectiveness of the technological innovation , how to assess the innovation performance, and how to improve innovation performance. Through my study and investigation ,I try to analyze it in these areas.The data is provided by the questionnaire and SMEs data network, as well as the business information provides by our teachers. In order to explore the internal factors and the performance impact of technological innovation and find out that the factors to affect innovation performance is the ability of technological innovation, and make technical innovation and technological innovation performance model. The paper selects the gray correlation analysis and principal component analysis, the analysis found that: there is an high correlation between the output efficiency and business enterprise R&D capability, and has found the score function. After studying that: State and governments will have an policy protection to continue to improve the innovation service system during the development of SMEs.To the enterprises, to strengthen technical innovation team building, improve enterprise's R&D capability ,increase the input of independent innovation and develop diversified financing channels is the best policy for the enterprise's own interests.
