Under the comprehensive coverage of current information and digital intelligence,the information industry has strong market prospects and development potential.The information industry represented by 5G and Quantum Communication has developed rapidly and may trigger the fourth industrial revolution.The information industry has become one of the focal points of competition among countries.China is vigorously implementing the "innovation-driven strategy".Technological innovation has become the dominant force in the development of the national economy,and it has also subtly changed the people's life and production methods.With the technology-led information industry,technological innovation has naturally become the driving force for the long-term development of the industry.Therefore,it is necessary to enhance the awareness of technological innovation and the development strategy of innovation performance improvement.Through the exploratory development of China's information industry,it has made remarkable achievements in product process optimization and innovation,and has also learned a lot of new knowledge.In the process of improving the operational efficiency of enterprises,technological innovation not only presents superior advantages,but also encounters many problems and obstacles.In the face of pressure from many aspects such as independent technological innovation and industrial optimization and upgrading,China's information industry should make full use of various conditions to overcome obstacles and solve problems,so that the level of technological innovation in the information industry can be upgraded to a new height.This paper studies the improvement of the performance improvement of China's information industry technology innovation in the new era.On the basis of in-depth study of the status of technological innovation in the information industry,this paper discusses the elements and indicators of performance evaluation of information innovation in the information industry,and establishes a performance evaluation model based on the characteristics of technological innovation in the information industry.In the empirical analysis,the gray correlation analysis method is selected to calculate the correlation degree of the technological innovation performance improvement factors in the information industry.The paper uses a variety of research methods,including literature review methods,multidisciplinary cross-fusion and grey relational analysis,and uses the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's 2012-2017 information industry's major economic statistics and statistical bureau data to collate research,from technological innovation and innovation.Correlation analysis of performance input,output,environmental impact,innovation achievement and innovation performance,one of the conclusions is that the correlation between environmental impact and performance is the best,and it is recommended to increase the degree of environmental support.The second conclusion is that the correlation between production,research and development,technology introduction,technological transformation,R&D personnel and funding is the worst correlation between performance indicators and performance.It is recommended to carry out technical cooperation,talent development,industry-university-research cooperation and other methods to improve innovation performance.This research has certain reference value for the rational planning of information industry innovation resources,the optimal allocation of innovation structure,the formulation and adjustment of innovation goals,and the further improvement of work efficiency and production performance.
