Based on the experimental research on the alcoholism models of different degrees by making New Zealand rabbits drink distilled spirit and the test on the fluorescence spectra of drunk rabbits with the multifunctional grating spectra instrument, the article theoretically analyzes and explained the system why the fluorescence spectra peak comes into being.Through the experiments on the serious exanimation alcoholism blood of fluorescence spectra of whole blood and erythrocyte induced by 407nm Xe lamp, it is shown that during the course when rabbits change from unconscious state to conscious state, the intensity of alcoholism blood of fluorescence spectra of whole blood and erythrocyte of the same concentration changes regularly. It is considered that the alcoholism causes the enlarging of the volume of erythrocyte as well as the increase of viscidity to blood. The former can increase the probability of the collisions between the blood cells, and thus causes the fluorescence quenching; while the latter can increase the probability of the change of radiation, and consequently increases the spectra. Both of them contribute to the changing rules of the fluorescence spectra in the mixture of whole blood and erythrocyte. With the same method and under the same condition, we get the bibulosity . alcoholism blood of fluorescence spectra of whole blood and erythrocyte. It is discovered that during the course when rabbits change from unconscious state to conscious state, in the whole blood and erythrocyte of the same concentration, the changing rules of their spectra intensity are the same as the ones in the serious examination alcoholism, but only with a small range.Through the experiment on the serious examination alcoholism blood of the fluorescence spectra of whole blood of different concentration induced by 407nm laser instruction, it is presented that the intensity of alcoholism blood of fluorescence spectra of whole blood depends strongly on the peak and the concentration and will cause the red-shifted spectral peaks. Furthermore, the article explains theoretically the system why it happens according to the theory of energy transfer. The research consequences may offer a theoretical and experimental reference to judge how seriously the creature is injured and the blood is destroyed when suffering alcoholism. Besides, it can also help to decide the content of alcohol in blood and whether they can return to normal..
