Observation Of The Clinical Efficacy Of The Element Through The Mixture, Acyclovir Helium-neon Laser Treatment Of Herpes Zoster

Objective:To observe therapeutic effectiveness of Yuan-tong-he-ji, Acyclovir and He-Ne laser to Herpez zoster and postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Method:1. Fifty-five typical Herpez zoster patients are collected in WuHan No. 1 Hospital from March, 2007 to May, 2007. They are randomly divided into two categoies: Yuan-tong-he-ji, Acyclovir and He-Ne laser(Therapy Group) 27; Acyclovir (Contrast Group) 26. These two groups have no statistically significances among age, disease course and disease graveness (P＞0. 01).2. Therapy Group:Yuan-tong-he-ji(SN: 2001 BZOI-101) 50ml each time, twice a day, therapeutic cource 14 days.Acyclovir(SN: 061001) 800ml each time, five times each day, therapeutic cource 14 days. He-Ne laser facular diameter 5-10 cm, distance 1.5 m, 10 minutes each day, therapeutic cource 14 days.Contrast Group: only Acyclovir(SN: 061001) 800ml each time, five times each day, therapeutic cource 14 days.3. Therapeutic cource 14 days. Average ease ache duration, ease ache duration, symptom disappear duration and blain disappear duration are observed at the first day of each therapeutic week(1,7,14). When therapeutic cource is over, instu observation is performed once during the following months.4.Clinical therapeutic observation is statistically evaluated by t test and X~2 test. Statistics software SPSS 10.0 is introduced to conduct data analysis.Results:1. Therapy Group: heal 12(44.4%), full validation 12(44.4%), partial validation 3(11.2%), invalidation 0, validation rate 88.8%; Contrast Group: heal 4(15.4%), full validation 13(50.0%), partial validation 6(23.1%), invalidation 3(11.5%), validation rate 65.4%. These two group has no statistically significances in validation rate (p＞0.05); 2.Average ease ache duration: Therapy Group 6.3±1.1 day, Contrast Group 11.4±1.0 day. These two group has statistically significances in average ease ache duration via t test (p＜0.01);3.Average symptom disappear duration: Therapy Group 10.5±1.6 day, Contrast Group 17.1±1.5 day. These two group has statistically significances in average symptom disappear duration via t test (p＜0.01);4.Average blain disappear duration: "Therapy Group 15.9±2.3 day, Contrast Group 22.5±1.7 day. These two group has statistically significances in average blain disappear duration via t test (p＜0.01);Conclusion:Yuan-tong-he-ji is a famous kind of traditional Chinese medicine, which helps to ease neuralgia. Acyclovir can interdict compose process of virus DNA, so that it has strong anti-varicella zoster virus effect and lower toxin side effect. He-Ne laser penetrates up to seven centimeter of human body, which helps to promote cell regeneration, ameliorates blood and lymphoid system circulation, and diminishes inflammation better. It also affects immune function and stimulates nerve tissue of human body.Results show Yuan-tong-he-ji, Acyclovir and He-Ne laser to Herpez zoster has satisfactory therapy effects, which helps to heal Herpez zoster and PHN more quickly, swiftly and has little side effects.
