Fingerprint Of The Chemical Composition Of The Phragmites And Bitter Butterfly Child Medicine

Phragmites communis belongs to the family of Gramineae widely distributed in China. Its rhizome has been used as a chinese traditional medicine against influenza and other disease.The main chemical constituents of Rhizoma Phragmitis are polysaccharoses.We studied the non-carbohydrate chemical constiuents of Rhizoma Phragmitis for the first time.In this thesis,the chemical constituents of the extracts with 70%ethanol-water from the rhizoma phragmites were studied,12 compounds were isolated with macroporous adsorption resin,silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH-20 and preparative HPLC,etc.On the basis of analysis of the spectroscopic data and measuring of the physical-chemical character,the chemical structures of the 11 compounds were elucidated as p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(1), 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(2),physcion(3),β-sitosterol(4),simiarenol(5),daucosterol(6), vanillin(7),3α-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-lyoniresinol(8),ferulic acid(9),caffeic acid(10), gentisic acid(11).And compounds 2,3,5 and 8 were isolated for the first time from Phragmites communis.Besides,we also studied the finger print of Ixeris sonchifolia(Bge.)Hance using HPLC. Ten batches of Ixeris sonchifolia(Bge.)Hance medicinal materials from six origins were used to conclude a common mode.It could be used to identify and control the quality of Ixeris sonchifolia(Bge.)Hance.
