| Objective:Through observing the effect of Jian Pi Bu Shen Jiang Zhuo Hua Yu Law(JPBSJZHYL) on the living condition and correlative biochemical indicators of 5/6 nephrcetomized rats,to investigate the mechanism of this law treating the chronic renal failure(CRF) and provide an experimental basis for clinical application and further development of this law.Methods:Established CRF model by 5/6 nephrectomy on Wistar rats,and divided these rats into normal control group(sham operation group),pathological model group(model group),NiaoduqingKeli observation group(control group),Jian Pi Bu Shen Jiang Zhuo Hua Yu Decoction(JPBSJZHYD) high,medium,low-dose group(high,medium,low-dose group). Administration once daily after the models estabfished 1 week later.JPBSJZHYD high, medium and low dose group were intragastrically given the corresponding medicine respectively according to the dosage of 5.91g / ml,3.94g / ml,1.97g / ml;control group were intragastrically given NiaoduqingKeli aqueous solution 0.5g/2ml;Sham operation group and model group were given the same volume of distilled water.Keeping these actions once per day for 8 weeks.Observed the influence of the medicine on blood urea nitrogen (BUN),serum creatinine(Scr),urinary protein in 24h,total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride (TG),red blood cell count(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb) after 8 weeks treatment.Results:It showed that JPBSJZHYD could obviously improve the living condition of CRF rats.And it could improve renal function by decreasing BUN,Scr,regulate lipid metabolism by decreasing TC,TG,reduce urinary protein in 24h,improve anemia state by increasing RBC,Hb.The curing intensity is related to concentration and the statistics shows that the low-dose group has better curative effect than the others.Conclusion:The results indicated that JPBSJZHYD could delay CRF progression by improving renal function,regulating lipid metabolism,reducing glomerular hyperfiltration state and improving anemia state of CRF rats. |
