Objective:To research the animals models of allergic reaction of damp-heat syndrome. Methods:Forty SD female rats were randomized into 5 groups.Group A and B were fed with routine methods;group C was fed with high fat and alternative feeding of honey and wine;group D was fed with fat normal food fifteen days, the last five days under the damp-heat environment; group E was fed with a combined method of under damp-heat environment and giving high fat and honey and wine.We noted rats circs of every group every day, observed rats appearance after fifteen days and made animal model of Allergic Reaction Type 1 to every group, except group A.Then comparing every group by circs, blue spots, serological, immunologic and pathologic index.Results:1.The rats of group E appeared tired, accidie, poor appetite, losing weight, loose hair and abnormal stool. The symptoms and signs and pathological changes in group E were similar to those of acute eczema damp-heat syndrome.2.The group E had worse diet and weight than group B(P<0.05).3.The blue spots, serological, immunologic index of group E much larger and higher than group A and B(P<0.05).4.The pathologic photos of group C,D,E displayed blood in the stomach and intestineds of the rats. The pathologic photos of group E displayed acidity cells uniquely. In a word, the Allergic Reaction Type 1 on the group E was much intensity than other groups. Conclusions:The combined method of feeding under damp-heat environment and with high fat, honey diet and wine supply a new method for the research of damp-heat syndrome. The Allergic Reaction Type 1 on the group E was better than the group A.The integrate method pioneer a new route for erecting the animal model of acute eczema.
