Different Origin Chuanxiong The Quality Of The Germplasm Resources

Germplasm resource is important criticality and source of improving Chinese medicine quality,advantages and disadvantages of germplasm inflects severely productions and quality of Chinese medicine.Based on that, chemical evaluating methods of Chuanxiong were established,which supplys evidence of studing and evaluating germplasm resource.In this paper,we methodically investigated germplasm resource of Chuanxiong national wide and researched Chuanxiong distributing in producing areas of China and their different habitats.Throwing the investigation,this text produces pharmacognosy comparison of Yunnan Chuanxiong,Gansu Chuanxiong with Sichuan Chuaniong and finded out their main difference in original plant appearance,medicine material form and the organize characteristic.HPLC is applied for the first time to determine total ferulic acid contents in Chuanxiong of different producing areas.By measuring the contents of benzene,total alkaloid and total ferulic acid,the result indicates that the contents of benzene of Chuanxiong in different producing areas are similar, and the total ferulic acid content of Chuanxiong in CS and NT is only quarter as much as other producing areas.GC is used for the first time to establish the finger print spectrum for Chuanxiong in different producing areas and we attempt to apply this kind of technique to evaluate Chuanxiong germplasm quality in different producing areas.Drawing the conclusion:The producing region,Sichuan,producing genuine and high-quality Chuanxiong,receives the influence in such environmental factors as its longitude,latitude,annual amount of precipitation around,etc.,the content of the main ingredients and environmental factor have extremely strong regression,the genuine region is a leading factor for main ingredients of Chuanxiong,which can be regarded as one of its genuine characteristics.
