Serious Acupoint Catgut Embedding, Local A Acupoint Catgut Embedding And Combination Of Both The Treatment Of Simple Obesity Clinical Comparative Study

Object: The article was to research the variability of three therapeutic for simple obesity.Methods: 92 cases were divided into three groups randomly. One group was treated with catgut implantation at living acupoints and acupoints, another group was treated with catgut implantation at living acupoints, and the third group was treated with catgut implantation at acupoints. Catgut implantation at living acupoints and points was given once a week, 2 treatments constituted of one course. And there were be given two course.Result: After the treatment of two courses, the total effective rate of the first group was 93. 75%, but the second group was 86. 67% and the third group was 86. 67%. The obesity signs were improved obviously while the contents of the body weight, sebum fat thickness, BMI, TG, TC and LDL-C decreased, HDL-C increased. Compared after treatment to before, it showed the significant deference in statistic. The result also showed that Ins had decreased which was always high level in blood of simple obesity. The data indicated that the three groups could correct the resistance of Ins in simple obesity all.Conclusions: The three groups can cure simple obesity. The curative effect of Catgut implantation at living acupoints and acupoints is more distinguished. There is not any significant difference between catgut implantation at living acupoints and catgut implantation at acupoints.
