Cynomorium songaricum Rupr.is a full-parasitic plant.It distributes in Inner Mongolia,Ningxia,Xinjiang,Gansu and Qinghai provinces and parasites in roots of Zygophyllaceae Nitraria.Polyphenols is one of the mainly components of C.songaricum which have strong effects on anti-oxidant,anti-bacterial,anti-cancer, anti-aging and inhibiting the effectiveness of cholesterol rise.This study separated and purified C.songaricum polyphenols using high-speed countercurrent chromatography to provide advantages for Pharmacology and offer technology supports for development of C.songaricum resources.This study separated extraction of ethyl acetate of C.songaricum using HSCCC with the solvent system hexane-ethyl acetate-methanol-water(1:3:1:3 v / v) and got compoundsⅡ,a purity of 94.5%;but got compoundsⅢ(18 mg)Ⅳ(6.4 rag)andⅤ(11.2 mg) with the solvent system hexane-ethyl acetate-methanol-water (1:20:2:20 v / v),which purity is 98.1%,97.4%,98.6%respectively.Furthermore, the study collected interval peaks of spectrum of HSCCC with the solvent system hexane-ethyl acetate-methanol-water(1:20:2:20 v/v),separated the two parts with the same solvent system respectively and got compoundsⅥandⅦ,which purity is 97.1%and 91.1%.In addition,the study also separated compoundsⅠusing silica gel column,which purity is 98.5%.
