In this dissertation, Cynomorium(Cynomoraceae)(Cynomorium songaricum Rupr.) plant Cynomorium flavonoids as the research object, Carry out the chemical composition Cynomorium songaricum, analysis methods and research of Cynomorium chewable tablets of Cynomorium songaricum flavone, The main contents include: 1. Study on chemical constituents of Cynomorium songaricum, In this paper, by thin layer chromatography, silica gel column chromatography, polyamide column chromatography, recrystallization, medium pressure high performance liquid chromatography and other separation techniques and IR, UV, MS, NMR and other spectral techniques, water extract of Cynomorium songaricum was separated and purified, 23 compounds have been isolated and identified from aqueous extract of Cynomorium songaricum,Including 13 flavonoids, 6 terpene compounds, 2 phenylpropanoids compounds, 2 small molecular phenolic compounds, and 1 other compounds, Among these compounds, 7 compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. 2. Research of three phase solvent system-reflux assisted extraction-HPLC simultaneous determination of flavonoids of Cynomorium songaricum In this paper, In this paper, we establish with liquid- liquid- liquid phase solvent system as extraction agent, combined with the auxiliary reflux extraction for sample pretreatment method, using HPLC method for simultaneous determination of Cynomorium songaricum Rupr gentisic acid, catechin, Naringin,Luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-3-(β-D-glucofuranosyl oxy)-5,7-dihydroxy-4H-1-benzopran-4-one and acacetin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,after the methodology of evaluation, 6 kinds of target compounds have good linear relationship, and the correlation coefficient is more than 0.999,The precision experiment of RSD was between 1.16%~2.66%, In 24 h, 6 target compounds RSD were less than 1.31%, The RSD of the repeated experiments were all less than 3.26%, and the recovery rate was between 90.91% ~95.82%. The evaluation results show that the analytical method is accurate, precise and reliable. Using the method,6 kinds of target compounds from Inner Mongolia Alashan are in the order Luteolin-7-O-β-D-gl ucopyranoside >2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-3-(β-D-glucofurano syloxy)-5,7-dihydroxy-4H-1-benzopran-4-one > Naringin> catechin > acacetin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside > gentisic acid. 3. The development of Cynomorium songaricum flavone chewable tablets By wet granulation process, The chewable tablets of Cynomorium songaricum flavone were elaluated by color, flavor, taste and other form comprehensive evaluation indexes, Select the mannitol content, the content of citric acid, polyvinylpyrrolidone K30(PVP) concentration, the concentration of ethanol as factors, The use of L9(34) orthogonal test method to optimize formula of Cynomorium songaricum flavone chewable tablets, Through the formula optimization, The optimum conditions of Cynomorium songaricum flavone chewable tablets for: Mannitol content of about 35%, aspartame content of 0.3%, 2% citric acid content, stearic acid magnesium content of 1%, microcrystalline cellulose content of 15% as adhesive. 60% ethanol solution contains 10% of polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) K30. Under the optimum process conditions,the color, taste, flavor and organizational forms of Cynomorium chewable tablets are good.
