Heat Dampness Soup For The Hot And Humid Place Anal Fistula, Wound Healing, Clinical Studies

Objective:To observe the Qingrequshi soup's effect on wounds healing after the operation of simple anal fistula of downward flow damp-heat.Methods:the Clinical study of 60 patients with the operation of simple analf istula of DFDH was conducted in the China-Japan Friendship Hospital in Beijing from November to March in 2010, the num of the male is 42, while the female is 18, the min age of patients is 18 while the max is 57. Sixty patients after the operation of anal fistula are divided into two groupsrandomly. The treatment group are 30 cases and the control group are 30 cases. The difference between the two groups on sex, age, the course of disease, the feeling of the patient and the area of wound surface were not significant. the operation of simple anal fistula is by cuting open in local infiltration anesthesia. The treatment group was given Qingrequshi soup which is TCM to drink every day after the operation of anal fistula.Made records of both group's anal aches, anal swelling and anal surface exudate in the day before treatment and the second, fourth, and sixth day after operation. Then made statistics according to the records. observe the change of wounds healing in the fourteenth, twenty-first and twenty-eighth day, recode the day of the wounds recover and total therapeutic effect in the twenty-eighth day.Result:1 on the second, fourth and sixth day after operation day after treatment, there were significant differences between the two groups in wound pain, wound exudate and area of the wound, treatment group is better than the control group,2 compared with wound healing rate in each groups: After taking 14 days and 21 days treatment it were significantly different; between the two groups wound healing rate:14,21 day after treatment were significantly different.3,after 28 days treatment group's cure rate was 93.3% while control group was 73.3%, comparion of the two groups were significantly different.4 wound healing time: the treatment group the shortest healing time was 11 days, up to 30 days, the average healing time of 21.20 days, the shortest healing time control group of 16 up to 34 days, the average healing time was 23.93 days, wound healing time between the two groups was significant difference in the treatment group than the control group.5 There is no obviously side effect in the treatment.Conclusion:Qingrequshi soup has significant effects on the complications. It can alleviate anal aches, lessen anal surface exudate, and promote the wounds healing after operation. It can heal the wounds after the operation of simple anal fistula of DFDH very well. It is better than control group. The Chinese herbs pharmaceutics is safe and effective.
