Objective:To observE the effect of the XIAOKESHENAN on the urinary protein and renal function and TCM Syndrome efficacy in patients with Diabetes Nephropathy, make the effectiveness of its role to evaluate.Method:Take 60 patients with standard condition in clinic and hospital, the Patients were randomly divided inio two groups and both treated with routine modem medicine that cure diabetes.The control group(30Patients) were treated with Pancreatic kallikrein enteric-coated tablets, The treatment group on the basis of the control group were given herb named XIAOKESHANAN.eight weeks was regarded as a course. Observe the changes in the symptom and signs,also changes in the laboratory indexes such as kidney function,24 hours urine protein and make record.Result:Analysis of clinical curative effect on the urinary protein deficit:for the test pattern, total total effective rate 90.0%; for the contrast pattern, total effective rate 70.0%。The treatment group was obviously better than the control group. (P<0.05)。XIAOKESHENAN can improve kidney function and eliminate urine Protein. There is ar remarkable difference between the two groups (P<0.05).
