The thought of management is based on its hypothesis of humannature. In Chinese culture, the argument on human nature is not onlyplentiful but also mature, and it has been one of distinctive features ofChinese culture. The thesis attempts to combine the discipline of histo-ry with management, and explore the work of human nature in ancientmanagement of nation and the origin of the argument on human naturein China. After study, we think the plentiful arguments on human na-ture is because of the tradition of a preference for controlling the idea ofpeople in ancient Chinese political thought and the arguments on hu-man nature is the base of the management of nation in Previous QinDynasty, and the arguments on human nature originated from the tra-dition of thinking highly of tbe common people started from previous -history period. There are four points of views on when the argumentsof human nature originate. The first think it is from Mengzi. The sec-ond think it is from confucius. The third, is Xianggong Shan in Springand Autumn period. And the fourth is that we have the arguments onhuman nature when Chinese history begins. We approve of the fourth.
