Privacy Philosophy is the newly developed domain of recent philosophy research. It is based on the division of the philosophy research domains. But new words don't always express new things. We can find out that Late Greek Philosophy is the beginning of Privacy Philosophy from the research of philosophy history. Late Greek Philosophy come within the weak position in the history of philosophy study, while deeply probed and anew located come to the hot spot in the recently study. It is by means of probing modem significance of Late Greek Philosophy from the angle of Privacy Philosophy and analyzing the value to China modern philosophy that Late Greek Philosophy will obtain academy live and that it will provide important instruction for human being's self development and perfection hi the socialism market economy.This paper consists of three parts. It also emphases that we should not only strengthen the study of Public Philosophy but the Privacy Philosophy and only by means of synthesis unify the two domains can philosophy providing back up to individual's all-sided development and it also shows a reasonable orientation to the future China philosophy.
