Privacy Issues Of The Ethics Review

Along with the rapid development of Chinese society, people startto pay close attention to the spiritual demand, and the issue of privacytherefore has aroused general concern. The study on privacy is supposedto be set about from the moral aspect in essence. Based on the researchof privacy in western society while combined with the unique Chineseethic traditions and code, this thesis tries to make a systematic analysison privacy from four aspects respectively: the status of privacy, themoral value of privacy, the moral inclination of privacy and the moralbasis of privacy. Thus enables people to have a comprehensiveunderstanding of privacy in the moral level.Through analyzing the status of privacy in Chinese society, the thesisaims to explore whether there exists privacy or not from the traditionalsocieties to the cotemporary. Thus shows the reasons of its appearance.Meanwhile, there are different concerns about the question of privacy inlaw circles and ethics circles.The author also probes into the moral values of privacy reflected inthe collectivism and the individual moral system. And the analysis andevaluation of its range, moral standard and the limit of concern, explainsvarious ethics problems derived from privacy in actual life, andprovides corresponding ethics principles so that the subject of privacycan judge his behavior properly.The study on privacy is for the sake of awakening people'sconsciousness to protect it. And we also appeal for the legal protectionand support of privacy in law to provide people with correspondingmoral standard and right of privacy.
