Philosophical Analysis Of Privacy Issues In Sharing Economy

As an emerging economic model suitable for the needs of social development,the sharing economy is attracting the attention of the government and the society because it has been closely associated with the sharing thought in the fifth plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee.The Sharing economic platform is based on some technology to develop,such as big data,LBS,artificial intelligence and so on.Through the technique of artificial being,the supply and demand in both sides can reach beyond their own capabilities originally under the economic model.At the same time,people begin to form a new way of choice that relies on the platform due to the convenience and efficiency brought by the technology.With the continuous development of sharing economy,problems in this trusted experience economy are gradually exposed,especially those related to personal privacy security have posed great threats to the development of sharing economy.This paper starts with the analysis of the connotation and essential characteristics of the shared economy,clarifies the research object,and clearly defines the division of privacy.At the same time,it deeply explores the characteristics of privacy and clarifies the change process of privacy in sharing economy with the development of technology.In the analysis of the evolution of the sharing economy and privacy,Ide's technical philosophy framework was introduced to explore the evolution process.I also have taken from different angles to analyze shared economy complex privacy,respectively from the network and the degree of physical space,physiological and psychological consequences as well as the technology source and process.I also analyze the actual privacy issues existing in each angle,and then discuss the causes of sharing economic privacy issues based on the analysis results.Being strongly supported by the whole nation as shared economy is,we should not ignore the privacy issues that is closely related to the participants when it is booming.So in the end of the article,I have put forward the corresponding views towards the privacy issues in the sharing economy that based on the participants,social and technical analysis of the three levels.At the level of participants,it is necessary to increase the awareness of privacy safety and establish correct personal values.The social level is based on the level of participants,that is a process from individual self-discipline to group self-discipline,we should strengthen the moral and ideological construction of social credit monitoring system.At the technical level,both individually and socially,The sharing economy participants can form a good social contractrelationship while establishing intrinsic value and realizing group self-discipline,which provide protection for the supervision and the responsible innovation sense of the technology.Through the analysis of privacy security in the sharing economy,Participants can enjoy the positive effects by the sharing economy while their personal privacy can be well protected.Under the mode of privacy security protection in the sharing economy,more consumers trust and choose to share,so as to develop the sharing economy.
