As the unique culture economic phenomena of the 20th century, the Culture Industry is changing enormously the culture patterns, modes of production, consumption patterns and industrial structures. Nowadays the global development of the Culture industry not only attracts attention of the business circles , but also causes the tide of theoretical research in academia. At present, the theoretical research in the culture industry is just at the beginning stage in our country and there is a little theory achievement. But there is still a great distance between the present conditions and the actual demand for development of the Culture Industry in china. This thesis analyzes the connotations and the structure form and classifications of the culture industry with its present conditions as the background. It especially puts emphasis on the analysis of expression of the laws of value and beauty on culture industry chains to determine the tendency of the value in the culture industry.The thesis consists of five parts:The first part is the introduction. In this part, the author mainly expounds the present conditions and problem of culture industry research and introduces the theme of this thesis.The second part is "the connotation and characteristics of the culture industry ". It mainly expounds the rising, the development, the concept and the main characteristics of the culture industry.The third part is "the structure forms and classifications of the culture industry". It is the basis of studying the tendency of value in culture industry to make clear the concrete form and the inner structure of it. The modern culture industry is in fact an enormous " industry group", whose inner structure is complicated and changeable, so it is necessary to study carefully the structure forms and classifications of the cultureindustry.The fourth part is " the forming and interaction of the chain of the culture industry". With Marx' s argumentation on production, consumption, assigning, exchanging(circulations)in The Introduction- Political Economy Criticism as the theoretical foundation, this part emphasizes on the forging of the culture industry chain, the interaction between the law of value and of beauty and law of their movement on the value chain. Not only the law of economy but also the aesthetic law runs through each link of production, circulation and consumption in the culture industry field. "Build according to the aesthetic law" is an important theory proposition that Marx puts forward in" Economics - Philosophy Manuscript of 1844 years". As the combination of spiritual and material production, the Culture industry should follow the law of value and beauty in organizing producing, selling and service in order to realize the union of law of value and law pf beauty.The fifth part is " the value tendency of the culture industry" . The culture industry is a contradictive entity of many kinds of values. All the culture goods have economic value and cultural value and aesthetic value. The culture value and aesthetic value is the core value of the cultural goods. The realization of culture value is often based on the realization of economic worth. But the contradiction exists between economic worth and cultural value and aesthetic value in the development of the culture industry. The union of the economic worth and cultural value is the tendency of development of the culture industry in future.
