The purport of education is to spur the progress of society by means of elevating all-round quality standard of human beings, thus making it possible for mankind to live in great bliss. The positive role played by psychological guidance is that it serves to tap the psychological potential of humans who will obtain better psychological quality and finally improve themselves of adaptability to the outside world. As a formal teaching activity at school, which is not only perceivable but observable as well, psychological guidance is far from unpredictability with regard to its process and methods. The project undertaken is aimed to establish a mechanism through developing a "three-degree intra-psychological guidance mode in middle school". The mechanism is hoped to perform effectively by entire-staff participation, comprehensive administration, level-by-level implement, harmonious cooperation, preventive intervene, and accelerating evolution. It holds the promise that a whole new platform for middle school psychology teachers and researchers to give psychological guidance should be set up and expanded along with the above studies.
