The 21st century is the biotechnology one, especially in the biomedical field. The practice of new technology has brought a series of ethical problems . In the face of these biomedical ethics problems of emerging in an endless stream we need a systematic , clear , practical ethics theory ,principle , rule ,etc. which can help people think and solve these difficult problems. Because of the abstractness of the traditional ethics theory, the ethics principles are usually adopted as the basic frame that plead as ethics . This thesis explain concept , meaning and rule of four biomedical principles which are the principle of respect for autonomy, the principle of nonmaleficence ,the principle of beneficence and the principle of justice ,and regard these as primary principle to analyse and solve the biomedical ethics problems. Application of each principle is proper. The principle of respect for autonomy and the principle of justice are based on deontological theories. The principle of nonmaleficence and the principle of beneficence are based on utilitarian theories. Because the content that proves for four principles is different from category, they are each independent one, can't put out and replace each other . Even so, here sometimes in the face of the same ethics problem , using different principle among them will present different results of judging .Conflicts come out between the ethics principles. How to solve these conflicts? The method of scene prediction is tried in the article to coordinates the conflict between these principles. Each biomedical ethics problem is very concrete. Because of the difference of scenes and the importance and the scope of application of each principle , while emphasizing the ethics principle, we'd better consider the important function of scene as morals justification. The method of using scene ethics to consider has undoubtedly offered an effective way for solving the conflict between the principles.
