On the base of the summary of related study about junior middle school students' peer interactions, the basic complexions of junior middle school students' peer interactions are quantitated, the primary factors of junior middle school students' peer selection, the effects of the peer interactions and the influence factors are explored. The self working-out "Questionnaire of the junior middle school students' peer interactions" is used to investigate 1100 junior middle school students from Nanjing and Guanyun. The results indicate:1. There are no obvious peer interactions crisises. Considering the attitudes, time, frequencies and the content of the junior middle school students' peer interactions, the interaction objects, quantities and the peer selection causes of junior middle school students, the effects of peer interactions and the influence factors, there are no obvious peer interactions crisises.2. Interactions cultures, personal characters, hobbies, looks, family conditions, learnings and capacities are the primary selection causes of junior middle school students. There is significant difference in different sorts of city, gender, inhabitancy, school and grade for all subjects.3. Peer interactions have two respects effects to junior middle school students: positive and negative. Improve the learning, personal character and ability, enrich the living and offer help are the positive effects. Disturb the study, learn the abuses and compare on livings are the negative effects. There is significant difference in different sorts of city, school and grade for all subjects.4. The influence factors on junior middle school students include study press and competition, inhabitancy circumstance, traffic circumstance, personal character, people' s buzz and provocation, looks, consumption, etc. There is significant difference in different sorts of city, gender, inhabitancy, school and grade for all subjects.
