Chinese has attracted much more attention in world wide, with great developing of China Economy and Culture. The main difficulty for Chinese as second language education is Chinese characters study, and this opinion is agreed by almost all the expert of whole world. This essay is based on Ontology theory, starting from Zi-centered method, and also combining with the special principle of second language study. Furthermore, it applies the original Chinese characters Six Scripts theory to analyze the second language teaching. The analysis, which is main body of the essay, includes three parts: structure of characters; pronunciation and meanings of characters. Based on the specific research, finally it gets a result: what principle and method should be insisted in characters' structure teaching; Sounds symbols of phonetic characters can be used to increase the efficiency of pronunciation teaching; characters' meaning education can be coached by the Pictophonetic indication, phonetic characters indication and sounds symbols of phonetic characters indication. It can be separated for Chinese characters' structure, sound and meaning. If they can work together in the teaching, it will generate the most efficient result.
