Since the beginning of the 20th Century, Chinese high normal arts education has developed quickly with diversity, and has gradually been various and comprehensive. It is booming now. Arts education is critical to the future development of Chinese arts and the quality of the younger generation. It is a criteria to evaluate the countrymen's cultural tastes. Therefore, it is necessary to do researching on the development of arts education.Curriculum is a basic and critical elementant in teaching acticity. The set-up of curriculum is an important process in teaching acticity, it is the focus of the arrangment of the curriculum, content and it is the foucus of the building of curriculum system, .In addition, it is the important means to reach the goal of teaching and training. After investigating and researching these problem, it is found that the primary problem is the correlation, that is the set up courses of high normal college can't meet the demands of basic arts education.High normal arts college has its characteristic that is "normal", and it has its education -orented property.
