With the implementation of reform and open policy in 1980s, the peasant-workers' literature has appeared in the open cities around Zhujiang Delta. But it has not attracted much more attentions of people. As a phenomenon, the peasant-workers' literature exists in the process of modern literature's development, and provides special artistic style and esthetics value to modern literature. This paper takes peasant-workers' literature as its researching subjects, and tries to analyze cultural quality, esthetics artistic spirit, and creative achievement and insufficiency on peasant-workers' literature systematically.The peasant-workers' literature supplies readers with a new model. The Contradictories in these works are between cities and countries, and it spreads in a single angle, not two, showing the peasant-workers' living state of longing for joining into the cities, but are refused. It also creates a crowd of difficult workers and unconventional individuals. In the narratives, the writers of these peasant-workers always use narration from experience and angle of view, conveying peasant-workers' difficult feelings and desiring demand.The peasant-workers' creations display two different ways on creation, which are writing from the first floor, and writing about the first floor. As the writers form the first floor, their works represent their community. When they insist on expression of their feelings, they refuse the rewriting state. The specialized authors' writing peasant-workers are because of their awakening on humanities spirit, and their affording of social responsibility. Although we often use rewriting to refer to it, this is necessary to improve the peasant-workers' living conditions.The peasant-workers are joining into the cities, with the process of modern development, but the creations also show their disappointment about modern age. In the meanwhile, through describing two different personalities' forming and fission, the works demonstrate a pondering about construction of harmonious and civilized society, between Deprives and Indulges.
