Ambiguity exists in all kinds of language.Chinese language lacks of strict morphology,ambiguity is more diversified and has more research value.This paper is to discuss the use law of"NP₁+VP₁+NP₂+VP₂+(NP₃)"structure.Take this sentence as an example,"美支持中国扩大在IMF投票权(The United States supports China the expansion of voting fights in IMF)".This sentence can be understood as"美国支持中国,美国扩大在IMF投票权(The United States support china and expand its voting rights in IMF)".It can also be known as"中国扩大在IMF投票权,得到了美国的支持(That China expands its voting rights in IMF gets supports from The United States)".For the analysis of"NP₁+VP₁+NP₂+VP₂+(NP₃)"structure,Shen Yang,Zheng Ding'ou,Hu Yushu, Fan Xiao,Qi Huyang.,have talked about in their articles,but none of them have research it thoroughly and completely.This paper collects the corpus as more as possible in order to analyze the ambiguity in detail.The main method used in this paper is to analyze layer of sentence structure,and finally find the factors that are related to the ambiguity.In addition,in order to investigate the actual useage of"NP₁+VP₁+NP₂+VP₂+(NP₃)"structure,I designed the questionnaire paper to find the rule of use in people who are from the different levels of knowledge,age, identity,gender.The results of investigation much help for the analysis of"NP₁+VP₁+NP₂+VP₂+(NP₃)"structure.
