| By investigating and analysing the existing conditions of the Music Department of Tongling College, this paper points out the causes of the low grade students origin, the students resource shrinking and the difficulties the graduates have in their job hunting. Besides exploring the problems of insufficiency in the teaching experience accumulation and in the investment of faculties and management, it indicates that the most affecting cause is the inaccurate training target and department orientating. Finally, the paper suggests the macroscopic countermeasures to the teaching reforming from four aspects. First, the department orientation should be adjusted. Secondly, the teachers'qualification should be improved and the investment in the faculties should be increased. Thirdly, the propagandism in students enrolling and the employment market researching should be strengthened. Fourthly, the management should set up the concept of"of locality and for locality", combine the music teaching with the developing of the local culture and economy, and make efforts to constitute its own suitable and characteristic training mode. |
