The paper discusses the practical significance and theoretical value of implementation of Yunnan Normal local music education,which is under the background of building a strategic culture country and based on statues of music education.So,implementing the local music culture is bound to do something strong strategy,innovative talents in the higher education culture and local culture heritage in music.Choosing 3 different region of Yunnan Normal University as investigation objects and the reference standard of "Guidelines for Teaching of Music studies (Teacher Education) Undergraduate Curriculum in National colleges",it's tightly around the localization problem in music education from"Guidelines",analyses the survey by using Music Education,Ethnomusicology,Questionaires,Case study and other means.Through the survey I believe that the implementation of Yunnan Normal localization of music education should be based on the local culture,in the use of research results from anthropology,education and other related discipline,especially the "Local knowledge" theory,to break existing barriers among Music, Dance,Culture and expand the space in the viewpoint of higher education.At the same time ,in order to achieve sustainable development of Normal music education ,I make an integration of local music and culture heritage resources and social development ,culture and ecological balance, the local actual situation ,From the position of communication, the collective nature of heritage, first of all based on certain regions, certain groups, and only in such a premise, it may be the whole nation. As a concept of the establishment,which can be effectively carried out feasible on Yunnan Normal local music education.
