Since the 70s of the 20th century the environment ethics has been arosen in Western countries and affected the international academy, it plays an important and positive role in reconsidering of our relationship with the environment, reflecting the development model of modern industrial civilization. Today, however, global environmental problems haven't become better due to environmental ethics criticize "anthropocentrism" and emphasize on species, environmental value, but further deterioration. The harsh truth reflects the inherent defects of environmental ethics. All kinds'theories of environmental ethics only see the conflict between man and nature; it seems that human beings as undifferentiated monolithic entity are in opposition with the nature, ignoring the deep reason of contradiction between man and nature as well as the conflict between people themselves. Analysis of environmental problems, is not only concerned with relations between subject and object, but also concerned with the relationship between the subjects. Therefore, this article tries to rethink the issue of environmental ethics and to attempt to put forward the possible ways to reconstruct environmental ethics through the Theory of Communicative Action with the perspective of intersubjectivity.Chapter I discuss the ideas of several popular environmental ethics. They boil the environmental problems of industrialization down to "anthropocentrism", they think that today's global ecological and environmental problems is the result of human self-centered, ignoring the natural (animal, life, ecology and the whole nature) independent intrinsic value, it caused by the "subject-object dichotomy," the result of this philosophical thinking. According to this thinking, environmental ethics come to the conclusions of the Live Centre, Life Center, Nature Center, but there are many theoretical and practical errors in these conclusions.Chapter II base on the facts and cases of real life, through the perspective of economic, political, ideological points to prove that: global environmental problems haven't become better because of the criticism of the environmental ethics, but further deteriorated. The reason is that there is a big difference and even opposition between the interests, positions, values, of the people. I.e. the contradiction between people is behind the conflict between man and nature. Abstract criticism of "anthropocentrism" and advocating "non-anthropocentrism" instead of to specific analysis of conflicts between people, can not really find the path to solve environmental problems. In view of this, the author believe that: the point of the discussion of environmental ethics should turn from the idea of the bipolar confrontation between man and nature to the discussion of intersubjectivity, and seek to find the possible way to reconstruct the environmental ethics through Habermas's Theory of Communication.Chapter III through the context of modern public life with the perspective of intersubjectivity to illustrates the general meanings of Habermas's Theory of Communication. It points out that Habermas's communicative rationality is the theoretical framework proposed to regulate the unreasonable behaviors of human society. He advocated that people should be guided by communicative rationality, without any coercion in a free public space, mutual respect and consideration of others interest, after full discussion and consultation, take care of interests of all parties, finally reached the consensus with rational mind, thereby eliminating the confliction and confrontation between people.Chapter IV seek to find the possible way to reconstruct the environmental ethics through Habermas's Theory of Communication: the path is likely to base on Habermas's communicative rationality and intersubjectivity, building space for free consultation, coordination between different entities which in conflict and confrontation, reaching broadly consensus in dealing with the issue of nature .regulating of human social behavior on the damage to the environment, and then digestion environmental crisis, to achieve harmony between man and nature.
