Language use is a complex concept, It is generally refers to one or some language group mastery and use the national foreign language o Primary languageused to show how the language Used by the national important factors.At present, investigation of the teaching in Mongolian primary school relatively rare怂It is helpful to the reseacher who want to understand the present situation of the use of Mongolian language in Mongolian Schools. Especially the decision-making department,language policy will provide important scientific basis.The material based on the social investigation, date statisties and interptation of the teaching in primary Mongolian school of ZhengLanQi.That is to say, by analying and comparing with the questionnaire investigation of 176 teachers and 487 students of teaching in ZhengLanQi and there are 286 parents,too.It interpreted the using of Mongolian language.By discussing of the teachers who is a leader of teaching system and the expert will specific analyze the maferials.From the investigation result,ZhengLanQi Mongolian school taught by Mongolian language.But basiclly with neally 10 years of social and econamic development, the extents of using Mongolian language is narrower than before.Using the centralized of the schools in the town,the students on the condition of learning Mongolian limits teachers and parents has changed the idea.This introduction is made up the first chapter, by the chaper,the third chapter and the conclusion etc.In the introduction of the first chaper expound the meaning and purpose of the selection materials,research and study of the sources ana methods.In the first chaper introduces ZhengLanQi and a Mogolian school and the changes of elementary Mongolian teaching decade.The second chapter from teachers and students' language expressions current situation from three aspects; parents language teaching are analyzed and the flag Mongolian wheather use the Mongolian language or not.The third chapter describes teaching and Mongolian use Mongolian of existing problems, the cause of the problems, and puts forward some counter measures to solve these problems.
