Cultural industries as high technology and high added value, low resource consumption, environmental pollution and the creative industries, Not only it is the trend of international economic development, but also is the transition direction of China's economic development in the time of economic development. Film industry as an important part of the cultural industry, it play an important role for the development of cultural industries. In this paper, the object of study is the domestic commercial films for the study and how it made profit, Thus can promote the development of the film industry and provide references. Profitability way of commercial films made the research has important theoretical and practical significance:First, the film business lack of the proper profits way, through the research and comparison hoped to provide references for the development of domestic commercial films; Second, increase profits and profitability improvement methods help improve the Chinese film industry's international competitiveness; Third, increase the information and data of domestic commercial films research and guide more people to put their research object to the Economic of film industries, changes the current research situation that attach importance to the film text instead of the economic research.It conclude that the profits ways of the domestic commercial movies exist problems such as: First, the movie industry value chain is not perfect, some weak and some missing; second, Over-reliance on ticket sales, profitability means uniformity; The third point is to be short of some integrated entertainment Group, it can not create a strong international competitiveness. In this paper, it proposed seven strategies from learn the characteristics and experiences of the United States :The One is to develop the movie market in the small towns and rural areas ; Second, it open up the new networks and new media profitable way; Third, through technological innovation to increase the profitability space of traditional way; Fourth, integrated the mainland and Hong Kong film industry; Fifth, broaden the financing channel, draw funds; The sixth is that it speed up the mergers and acquisitions of the movie company , format large media groups and alliances mode; The last is to establishment of regular and special cinema theater to provide living space for the non-mainstream, commercial films.
