So the social crisis and social problems emerge frequently, Such as environmental problems, inequality problems, employment security problems, national issues, and so on. They are more prominent than before. These problems threat the public safety. If these problems can not be dealed at the right time effectively, it will directly influence the construction of the Harmonious Society, in other word, we cannot ignore the Public Security.The government, as the main subject of social managers, has a unshirkable responsibility in prevention, procession, rehabilitation of Public Security Crisis.
