Network has the characteristics of convenient, efficient, so will the network technology used in shopping by consumers, especially young generation's praise highly. But, the network also has its own defects, consumers can't face-to-face communication with sellers direct contact with goods, cannot make online operator, the use of false advertising, incomplete information and other means to cheat consumers by the consumers' right to know and greatly violations. Meanwhile, China's relevant laws and supervision links have defects and deficiency, also make this emerging shopping way forward to consumers' challenge.Right to know is a basic right of consumers to right protection benefits, maintain the lawful rights and interests of consumers are conducive to promoting market economic order and promote the development of social production. Right for consumers is its decision whether to buy a commodity, whether to accept the decisive factor of a service.Based on the above factors, this paper from four cases of the writing, with "dragons" shopping for perspective, shopping environment in network analysis, obstruct the realization of consumer's right reason mainly has:inadequate disclosure of information, where an operator USES information advantage unfair trade, false advertising weaken consumer judgment. According to our country's present situation of consumers' right protection to explore how to in legislation and enforcement, judicial and consumer oneself to improve the protection of consumers'.
