In recent years, the policy of College-graduate village official attracts more and more attention of the Chinese Communist Party and the government, which is a major step for our country to implement the construction of a new socialist countryside. The purpose is to promote the new rural communities construction, and ease an increasing tense employment situation of college students. So far, the policy still implements in China and gradually perfects, but we haven't got any feedback of the effect.Based on the investigation about the Implementation condition of the policy in Shanxi Province, the paper discovered some problems. In terms of the content, the policy exists inaccurate role positioning, low treatment, development of confusion and open excessive problem, In the implementation of the policy, it exists propaganda shortage, the defective test, training management, not far less incentive system and the short-term behavior of college-graduate village official. The paper analyses the causes of these problems, then proposes for the government, College-graduate village officials, the local Villagers and the village cadres.The policy has lasted 16 years. It exists many problems, but this article thought that this policy has its value and significance. In the future, our country Government must consummate the policy of College-graduate village official, and promotes the new rural reconstruction unceasingly.
