Moral Building In Rural Communities In The Process Of Research

The problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, is not only the key problem in China's comprehensive construction of well-off society, but also the important problem in construction of new socialist countryside.For promoting construction of the new countryside, we should not only attach importance to the agricultural production and the increase in Farmers' income, but also pay more attention to rural community's morality construction, so that we can greatly improve rural community's ideological and moral qualities, which lay a firm foundation for the new new socialist countryside construction. As a new model of developing farmers'living environment, rural community concerns farmers'basical interest and new rural construction's smooth proceeding, but the existing rural communities have a lot of problem in the moral construction which seriously affecte its important role. So this paper aims to analysis of existing problems in moral construction and construction contents and construction measures.Firstly, through the analysis of the current situation of moral construction in the process of rural communitization, I work out the existing weaknes-s of moral construction and the reasons causing these weakness, as followed:the declining of socialist moral paradigm and the reverting of collectivism to individualism, extreme egoism;the increasing anomie of family moral and the destroying of rural ethnics; extincting of traditional moral and growth of backward moral; the loose of rural communities morality construction' organizations and the returning of clansmen influence. So the moral construction in rural communities has great significance in improving farmers' way of lives and thinking and in furtherly promoting the development of rural communities. Then this paper discusses in what aspects we should strengthen rural communities' moral construction in the process of ruralcommunitization, emphatically analyzing three main contents, such as, social morality communitization, professional ethics construction, family virtue construction. Finally, this paper discusses how to construct rural communities' morality, not only external requirement in institution, law and ethical for farmers, but also inherent requirement in subjectivity; both external system management requirements and intrinsic moral and spiritual civilization requirements. The three key methods are following:building management platform of rural morality construction and servicing a variety of forms for farmers; adopting both law and moral in rural community morality construct ion;improving farmers'scientific and culture quality to create a good moral environment. But in the process of using these measures to strengthen the moral construction, three aspects should be concerned:in practice, we should emphasize on studying and practicing; in subject, community residents should be seen as the centre; in content, we should pay attention to the combination of inheritance and innovation. So, the discussion on a series of rural community morality construction is of great significance in understanding development rules of China's rural community, in better promoting rural reform, in promoting the solution of the three agricultural problem.
