Study Of College Students The Right To Relief

This study is about the rights relief of the college students. When the students begin study in the college, they can get the college students'rights. College students'rights include civil rights and college students'rights. In current period, college students' rights relief is an important subject in the education law field in China. In recent years, with the developing of the concept of legal system, it is in increasing of the college students'consciousness of maintaining rights. They also began to focus on their own rights and protect their rights. Because college students are vulnerable groups, students' rights violations continue to occur. It seems that it is necessary to construct a set of suitable for college student rights mechanism. It can protect college students'rights, favor the college construction and promote the construction strategy relying.In the rule of law, we need cognizant of several problems. First what is about college students? Secondly how to straighten out the legal relation of colleges and students? Thirdly how to regulate the college management behavior? The last one is that college students'rights status. This paper uses three methods of analysis, including the analysis of literature, questionnaire and case analysis. If we want to analyze the concept of college students'rights, we should make clear the concept of college student'rights the object of this paper. Secondly we should straighten out complicated relationship between students and college in order to analysis college students'rights relief. The third part of this paper by using the method of questionnaire, analyzes the present situation of current college students'rights relief, and puts forward the existing problems. According to the analysis of the present situation, the fourth part summarizes the college students'relief experience of the western countries. It can propose some suggestions for college students'rights relief of our country. According to the existing problems, the last part of this paper puts forward the suggestions of college students'right relief. Through the rule of law, promoting college workers'legal consciousness and the perfection of the relief way, it proposes some suggestions for Chinese college students'rights relief. Then it can guarantee the lawful right of students, further boost college lawful management, and is the objective requirement of constructing harmonious campus.
