Finally, to build the party scientifically is an inevitable demand for the CPC to go with the trend of the world's party development, consolidate class basis, and enlarge mass basis. It shows the CPC's consciousness and spontaneity in its self-construction.To level up scientizing standard in party building is both a significant proposition to improve and reinforce party building, and a great task that needs continual explorations, researches and boosts. Since 1990s, the CPC has experienced a course from minority to majority and from weakness to powerfulness. Its role has changed from a revolutionary party leading people and fighting for state power to a ruling party representing people and holding the power in a long term. Moreover, it has lead people to reach striking achievements in all courses. One of the root causes for all these is that the CPC has attached great importance to its self-construction throughout. We must follow the right direction of party building, promote more innovations theoretically and practically, and open up a new prospect.In terms of researching methodology, this essay employs a combination of historical analysis, literature analysis, contrastive analysis and positive analysis, referring to theories in politics, sociology, partiology and systems enigeering.
